How long have you been operating?

We started in April of 2012. Our office started as a 3-seater office doing back-to-back campaigns for build listings, data and lead verification, lead generation, and telemarketing projects. Subsequently, we expanded as the demand for other campaigns started such as the needs for cold callings, web research, sourcing and pre-screening candidates for recruitment, and other projects.

How do I get started?

An account manager will contact you to discuss your needs and goals. We will ask you a few quick questions to understand the types of work you need done, your budget, and how you prefer to coordinate. Then we will introduce you to candidate(s) who match your needs, and facilitate the onboarding and start-up process.

How does the interview process work?

Our Account Manager will pre-qualify the candidate based on your criteria and requirements. The chosen candidate, together with the Account Manager will have a one-on-one meeting with you before the on-boarding to make sure a smooth transition.

How do I contact my team?

Communication is crucial in building a better relationship between the client and the staff. We encourage the use of the standard communications methods that the rest of your staff use. And we supported other messaging tools such as: Email, Skype, Google, Hangouts, VoIP, Zoom

How soon can I start with my staff?

After the candidate selection, select a suitable start date. We encourage 7 Days On-Boarding prior to the selected start date to prepare the candidate for office introductions, basic training, tools setup, goals and expectations.

Who manages my staff?

You maintain full control of your staff by assigning and managing their day-to-day work as you would with your regular staff.

What hours are my staff work?

Office hours will be based on your timezone or choose the hours you want your staff to work, including start times and break times*. Holidays to be observed will be at your discretion.


*Typically, a standard 8-hour per day, 5 days a week with two 15-minute breaks and 1 hour for lunch.

How much will I be charged?

VA Cube has a very simple and transparent pricing model. During the interview with our Account Manager, we will send you a pricing model for all the services you need.

I need another staff but they are not in your scope of service and I do not want to deal with another agency. I want to keep all my virtual staff with VA Cube?

We regularly expand our talent offerings to keep up with the growing market needs. Contact our Account Manager and request a new position anytime and we’ll source a candidate for you.

How do I disengage with the staff?

The terms of service will be based on the project type you sign up. For one time projects, the staff will automatically disengage on the indicated end date. For On-going projects, a 30 days notice is required when disengaging staff. This gives them a reasonable notice period and allows us to plan their career transition.
